Can I give special instructions to the cleaning team?

Of course. At Opal Homes we want you to feel heard and to ensure your home looks exactly as you imagine. You can share your preferences or areas that need special attention before or during the cleaning, and our team will follow them carefully and respectfully. We will also note your instructions in your personal file so they are always considered for future visits.

It’s not necessary. Many of our families trust us even when they are not home. We only need access to your home, and once the cleaning is complete, we’ll send you confirmation that everything was left spotless. If you prefer to be present, you are more than welcome.

Yes, we provide all the products and equipment needed to make your home shine. However, if you have any special preferences or a specific brand and would like us to use products you provide, we’ll be happy to do so.

The duration depends on the type of service and the size of your home. A regular cleaning usually takes between 1.5 and 4 hours, while a deep cleaning or move-in/move-out service may require more time. We don’t have a fixed time since every home has its own variables, but what we can assure you is that we’ll take all the time necessary to leave your home sparkling clean.

We understand that plans can change. We only ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your service without any additional charges.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something did not meet your expectations, you can let us know within 24 hours and our team will return to your home to re-clean the area at no extra cost.
